22 Days of Thanksgiving: Day 6 - Right to Vote

Everyday from now until Thanksgiving I will be sharing things I am "thankful" for.

Day 6 of Thanksgiving:

I am thankful for my right to vote. There are still many countries where people don't have this privilege - in this country women have only had this right for about 100 years!

Even if the candidates I vote for don't win, at least I can say I did my part. I'm also thankful that, regardless of who wins this presidential election, the political ads and constant phone calls on my home line will stop. (True statement.)
